About Me- Sheri 

I began my family history/genealogy research over 20 years ago, and was instantly captivated by my Italian roots. I wanted to know everything I could know. I wanted to know the people that make up my family history. I wanted to uncover their life stories and learn about where they came from. I did not know the town that my family came from in Italy, but had "hints" in family documents and oral histories. It took many years learning "how" to research and what sources are available to me to search on my own, and who I could trust to help provide accurate connections to build my family tree. 

As I searched and researched, I came to learn that many families in the Abruzzo region moved around, married someone from the next town, and are simply connected on so many levels. 

I began a "disconnected" family tree, and as I have built on it and researched, it has grown to a "connected" tree, where I can track families from Abruzzo and connections between families and towns. It has been such an exciting adventure. 

I have also encountered many errors on trees in on popular ancestry/family tree building sites. I have even encountered errors by researchers. I take careful consideration of all data in this database. I don't make assumptions, and I love to share any history I have with others who value it as well. 

It is my hope that I can share things that I have worked very hard for over the years for very reasonable prices and even FREE!
